HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Only online orders that are ‘Ready to ship’ can be exchanged at this time. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item at email@example.com. We will then email you with instructions how to exchange your item. Please have the item mailed back within 7 days of receiving the item.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We have two boutiques at this time. One in Sugar Land, Texas and the other in Mumbai, India. All fabrics are handpicked and our clothes are made in India.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING FEES?
We charge a flat rate of $15 per outfit for all shipping in the United States. International shipping is a flat rate of $40 per outfit.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We do ship internationally. Customs and duties are the customer’s responsibility.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE OR MAKE ANY CHANGES TO YOUR PIECES?
Yes you can. If you would like to place a custom order on a piece from our collection then fill out a custom dress form and fill out in the comment section which dress you are referring to and what changes you would like to make.
If it is a minor customization such as adding or removing sleeves after you have purchased the item then email us at email@example.com and let us know.
We’re also available to connect with your virtually over Zoom or Skype to discuss your outfit in more detail.
WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW MY SIZE?
Please refer to our measurement chart and always size up versus sizing down! We offer alterations in-store and online. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know the alterations you would like to make and we will make the alterations before shipping them to you!
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER, IF I CHANGED MY MIND?
Sure, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel your order please let us know ASAP by emailing us at email@example.com or call us at +1 832-605-5523.
